Refund and cancellation policy
This page describes what happens when a subscription is cancelled, changed or billed in error. It supplements our general terms.
Preliminary version of 11 August 2026. This document was drafted from a technical inventory of the website and the application. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. The passages in square brackets must be completed by the publisher. Until that review has taken place, this text cannot be relied upon as a contractual commitment.
1. Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions to the SupplyCore platform and to the associated services (training, migration, customisation, priority support) purchased from 9550-5582 Québec Inc.
2. General principle
The subscription is payable in advance for the period chosen. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period: access to the platform remains open until that date, after which the subscription is no longer renewed. No pro rata refund is made for the period already started, unless otherwise stated in writing in your agreement or expressly decided by us.
3. How to cancel
Cancellation must be requested in writing at support@supplycoresoftware.com, from the address of the account manager. Notice of [NOTICE PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED] before the end of the current period is required. Procedure for cancelling directly from the application: [PROCEDURE TO BE CONFIRMED].
4. Changing plan
A Client may move to a higher or a lower plan during the subscription. As indicated on the Plans page, billing is then adjusted on a pro rata basis. Moving to a lower plan may reduce usage limits (warehouses, users, volumes); it is up to the Client to check that its configuration remains compatible.
5. Annual subscription
Where an annual subscription has been paid in advance and the Client wishes to end it before the due date: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED — REFUND OF THE UNUSED BALANCE, CREDIT AGAINST A FUTURE PERIOD, OR NO REFUND]. This decision is commercial in nature and must be settled by the publisher.
6. Blocks of hours and services
The Plans page indicates that training and customisation blocks do not expire, and that monthly priority support blocks carry unused hours over to the following month.
- Refund of hours purchased and not used: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED]
- Set-up, migration and initial configuration fees for work already carried out: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED — IN PRINCIPLE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED]
- Work cancelled before it begins: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED]
7. Free trial and satisfaction guarantee
No free trial period and no money-back guarantee are advertised on the website to date. If the publisher wishes to offer one, it must be described here with its exact duration and its conditions: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED].
8. Billing error
If you notice an error on an invoice, report it to support@supplycoresoftware.com. After verification, any amount overcharged is corrected and either refunded or credited against the following period, as you prefer. Processing time: [PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED].
9. Service interruption
As no numeric service level agreement is in force (see section 9 of our general terms), no automatic service credit is provided in the event of an interruption. Any compensation is a case-by-case decision: [POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED].
10. Refund arrangements
Where a refund is granted, it is made to the original means of payment, in the same currency as the original payment, namely the Canadian dollar. Processing time after approval: [PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED]. Any bank or currency exchange fees are not covered.
