What sectors does SupplyCore cover? +
All B2B distribution sectors: automotive (tires, parts), food and beverage, industrial and MRO, construction, pharmaceutical, agricultural, electronics and IT, apparel and textile. Business rules are configurable per sector.
How much does SupplyCore cost? +
Four national plans: Starter ($1,500/mo, ≤ 3 warehouses), Growth ($3,500/mo, ≤ 10 warehouses), Business ($6,000/mo, ≤ 15 warehouses) and Enterprise ($10,000/mo, unlimited national). A special Multinational plan at $25,000/mo covers multi-country operations. Annual: ~17% discount.
How long does it take to start? +
2 to 6 weeks for a standard start, depending on the complexity of your catalog and existing integrations. Adaptation blocks (at $125/hr) cover data migration, configuration and customizations.
Does SupplyCore speak French? +
Yes — the product and support are natively in French. The site and software are also available in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Arabic, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (11 languages in total).
Is my data mine? +
Yes. Your data can be exported at any time in CSV or JSON. It is encrypted at rest and in transit. No data is shared with third parties without your explicit authorization.

Standard SLA 99.9% for Business and below; reinforced SLA 99.95% for Enterprise; SLA 99.99% with multi-region environments for Multinational.
Is there a free trial? +
No self-service trial. We offer a personalized demonstration on your real data: we load your current exports, show the platform in action, and you leave with a costed price grid for your case.
Can I integrate my existing systems? +
Yes — the REST public API is documented and lets you integrate ERPs, marketplaces, external accounting and logistics platforms. Pre-built connectors exist for TireConnect and several automotive marketplaces.
What happens if I decide to change software? +
Your data belongs to you and remains exportable at any time. No exit penalty, no long-term commitment. 30-day notice for monthly plans.
Do AI agents cost more? +
No — operational AI agents are included in Business and above plans, no extra charge. They analyze your data to flag anomalies, prepare reports, and assist your teams.
Who is behind SupplyCore? +
